Presentation of Lajos Szente, former CEO of Cyclolab at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences

It is a great honor to our company that Lajos Szente, former CEO of company was invited to the program „Celebration of Science” to talk about the research and development related to Covid-19 pandemic (Nov. 4, 2020).
He summarized the efforts CycloLab took in the development of Dexolve, the excipient of Remdesivir now approved for treatment of Covid-19 by FDA. He also gave an overview on the antiviral effect of cyclodextrins, the mechanism of inhibition of virus infection, and the most potent cyclodextrin derivatives.
