CycloLab R&D Ltd. is a  private company in the SME sector, active in research development and pharmaceutical excipient manufacturing, working mainly for international markets.

Our Team is looking for a managing TECHNOLOGIST OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION.

Project objectives:

• To study the formulation library of new generation series formulations, which include exclusive API ingredients (patent-protected) of own production.
• In accordance with the commercial plan make technological regulations for adaptation in technological processes of serial production at partner production facilities of end "buyers" in variants:

(a) API substances (under license), where the task of the managing technologist is to interact with the "buyer" to adapt the technological production process (personified) of the final product in bulk, i.e., ready to be packaged in primary pharmaceutical packaging under GMP conditions.

(b) product in bulk, support for marketing and control of filling into primary pharmaceutical packaging.

Main tasks:

• Accompanying the marketing department in the sale of exclusive technologies (substances, formulation and formulation development, support for adaptation for series production at the "Customer's" site, in particular:
• Monitoring the production process of hydrogels, suspensions
• Reporting and documentation
• Ordering raw materials, liaising with companies
• Selecting potential new materials for formulations
• Developing large-scale production
• Attend team meetings

Expectations:

• Chemical engineer BSc or MSc
• Experience in production, formulation and formulation chemistry
• 3-5 years of experience as a pharmaceutical technologist, process management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English
• Proactive team-player attitude
• Precise and structured work
