Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a CEO Assistant in Budapest. As the CEO Assistant, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the CEO and the executive team to manage the day-to-day operations of the company, leading projects, completing administrative tasks, scheduling, preparing reports, and assisting with HR matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

• Prior experience in supporting C-level executives is a plus

• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people and handle confidential information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools

• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a proactive and positive attitude

• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency

• Fluent in English AND Hungarian

• Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
